Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga presents a meeting with a frightening droid

Lego Star Wars: Saga Skywalker presents a series of dark references and internal jokes, which provide elements with which many players may not be familiar. One of the strangers is the appearance of Nobot, a protocol droid that appeared briefly in Star Wars Episode 1: The Ghost Menure. Nobot provides _ Saga Skywalker_ with a strange and uncomfortable moment when players find it, apparently disappearing in the air. If the player pursues the droid, the camera focuses on his face as he begins to sound music that causes tension. Everything is quite creepy!

A video of the appearance of Nobot can be found embedded below.

Naturally, this meeting has taken many players to wonder what the hell is happening. Well, it seems that the origins of Nobot go back to a strange piece of the tradition of the expanded universe of the Star Wars Fan Club, Hiperespacio. According to Wookieepedia, hiperespacio is used to request stories created by fans about dark background characters. The winners shared their tickets on the site, which makes them official Canon if they are selected. A story written by Shaun Flaherty provided the background of Nobot, and quickly became one of the most memorable stories of the site!

In history, Nobot would always find the way back to Mos ESPA, no matter what happened to him, and he could see the droid exploring the area without fixed head. The histories of ghosts that surround the droid say that Nobot witnessed the murder of a pregnant woman and it was known that he reproduced the audio recording of her death. This caused even more elaborate stories that affirmed that Nobot was the culprit. When Disney bought the Star Wars franchise, the content of the expanded universe was removed from the official Canon of Star Wars. However, Nobot’s creepy story is still alive, thanks to TT Games!
